Debemos de estar conectados
Una de las cosas que nos siguen impactando luego de los efectos generados por la pandemia COVID-19 es la falta de colaboración que el profesor mantenía en el aula de manera presencial, ahora el reto es trasladar esa colaboración en el ambiente virtual, sobre todo cuando se trata de buscar el desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes, es por eso que es importante buscar o seleccionar las herramientas y los espacios de trabajo para crear lo que ahora se llaman comunidades de aprendizaje.
EL PODER DE LA COLABORACIÓN EN EL APRENDIZAJE
Como educador es vital el poder colaborar con otros colegas para poder mantenernos actualizados en metodologías o herramientas nuevas para aplicarlos en nuestros salones virtuales ya que debemos de ser RELEVANTES para nuestros estudiantes y eso lo logramos colaborando!
MEJORANDO LOS RESULTADOS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES
Algo que ayuda muchísimo para que los estudiantes logren mejores resultados, es estando en comunicación con ellos, presentando diferentes canales o vías para estar en contacto con ellos mejor, ya que cada estudiante puede elegir donde se siente más cómodo o seguro entrar en contacto.
En lo particular yo utilizo las siguientes herramientas para estar en comunicación:
- Correo electrónico (básico y esencial)
- Grupo en WhatsApp (para comunicación grupal o individual)
- Edmodo (para compartir información que pueda ser o no ser relacionado con el contenido que estemos desarrollando)
IMPORTANTE – buscar siempre responder a las inquietudes y desde luego aclarar los horarios de atención.
Algunas evidencias de cómo compartir utilizando EDMODO o grupos de Whatsapp, al final lo importante es tener diversos canales para estar comunicado y colaborar con ellos.
USO DE ESPACIOS DE COLABORACIÓN
Ya dentro del desarrollo de los temas algunas herramientas que facilitan la colaboración entre estudiantes ya que facilitan la interacción entre ellos pueden ser:
- Padlet
- Google Jamboard
- Documentos en línea (Google & Office)
- USO de grupos dentro del LMS (Moodle / Neolms / Canvas…)
- Herramientas para lluvias de ideas (Mind Mapping)

Mi más grande respeto a todos aquellos profesores que atienden los niveles de pre escolar y niveles superiores, he tenido la bendición de conocer a personas que se han convertido en artistas!!! A productores de videos geniales!!! Toda una creatividad en acción para captar la atención y enamorar a los chiquitos.
En caso personal me desarrollo más en el ámbito universitario, ahí pasa algo muy similar que con los niños de parvularia, si no logras captar la atención inmediatamente pierden la confianza en ti, si no brindas retroalimentación y atiendes un canal de comunicación, dejas pasar la oportunidad de entablar ese vínculo de colaboración con ellos.
Finalmente quiero compartir contigo y asegurarte que cuando colaboras con los estudiantes, les ayudas y les muestras la aplicación real de los contenidos que estás desarrollando, en ese momento dejan de ser tus estudiantes y comienzan a convertirse en tus seguidores, amigos y muy pronto colegas.

One other thing I would like to express is that rather than trying to match all your online degree training on days that you finish off work (as most people are drained when they return home), try to find most of your instructional classes on the saturdays and sundays and only a couple of courses in weekdays, even if it means taking some time away from your saturdays. This is beneficial because on the weekends, you will be extra rested and also concentrated with school work. Thx for the different ideas I have acquired from your website.
